Gym and squash
Gym: 8,6,6,6,6@bodyweight pullups
8*5@14 seated row machine
5*5@14 lat pulldown machine (think this is 70kg)
Squash: Ran lots, lost lots, feeling it had to do with combo hayfever and lack of sleep the night before.
