8*5@bd+10kg 45deg decline situps
8*5@60kg guided squats
10*5@3@side standing cable twist at shoulder hieght
5@1min bridge/planc
also I my weight is 75.7kg today. this is down on the weekly average for the last week of 76.5kg, think it is water loss.
