Gym and bike

Gym: 10*5@32.5kg@side standingn side crunch with dumbbell in hand
10*5@bd+6kg medicine ball dangling leg lift
5@1min bridges

gave up as was tired, lacking caffiene, also out of eggs... will need to sort out more.

Bike: just to/from uni as per normal.
