Gym

Gym: 10,8,6*2,4@25kg@arm 15deg incline dumbbell press 10*5@25kg@side face down bench row thing 10*5 leg ups 10*3 30deg decline situp 10*5@20kg@side standing side crunch with weight in hand 10@5,6,7 ab crunch machine 80.1kgs today. Been a bit lower but went up cos ate entire bag of rice crackers night before.
