gym

Was running behind so only did 1 hr, but it was a good hour.
10,10,9,9,9@70kg benchpress
10*5@65kg squats
10,6*4@15kg@arm seated hammer curl
10*5@15kg@arm seated w back shoulderpress
10*5@10kg@arm inclined seated dumbbell curl

Well ... it seemed more at the time.
