gym and ride

Rode 2 work, 20k's

Spent 1&1/4 hr in gym:

10,10,10,10,7@60kg bench press
20*2@20kg tricep curl
6,5,6,6,6@20kg@arm bench dumbells
5,4,5,5,5@17.5kg@military press
6,4,6,6,5 dips

22 sets makes 3-4min per set.

Feel like i should be aiming for 2-3min per set. Shorter rests between sets
